Overview
Waridi Farm is a boutique rose and horticulture farm in Athi River, Kenya. The company recently expanded its product offering to include Aquaculture, so as to provide an additional revenue stream.
In order to reduce operational costs, a clean and cost- effective solar solution was needed. This would enable the company to pursue their expansion plans. New Southern Energy designed a grid-tied solar solution, enabling the solar plant to supplement the electrical power conventionally drawn from the grid at a reduced cost.
